When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped by the end of the same week. Please leave a note in case your order is urgent.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary and are dependent on the location.
- To Belgium and neighbouring countries: 1-5 business days
- Other countries in Europe: 5-30 business days
Where is the store based?
The store is based in Belgium and orders are shipped from here.
Do you ship to my country?
For the time being, orders are only being shipped to countries in Europe. We apologize for the inconvenience. Depending on the situation with US tariffs, or on the interest of shipping to other countries, this may change in the future.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Cancellations are only possible before the end of the same working week (Fridays). Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled. Orders can be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item, only after inspection and approval of the request. If there is a quality issue with the order please contact me directly via my website, Instagram DM or mail so it can be resolved.
What if my order gets lost or damaged during shipment?
I am not responsible for damage or the package getting lost during shipment. Hoewever, if this is the case please contact me directly so I can try to resolve it with the shipping company.
